| so, as usual, after bitching/moaning/hitting/screaming, i feel loads and loads better. dani helped me to sneak out of the house (the only superly fantastic way my sister and I get along) last night while I was supposed to bo in trouble for something or another and we went to Staci's party<<ate a niiice hooooooooooottttttt pepper. and the IB party was lame (not that I went). and the message my darling kt left me will be giving me nightmares (haha, you get 'em, tiger <haha, the animal theme>). so now that I'm in a mildly humorous mood, I'll be getting back to my homework (which will put me in a bad mood). have a great day.
PS: someone fill in for me at work, I"d love you forever :)
| so i spent the whole day with my daddy today. ok, well half. although it was a pian in the butt having to push him around and take/put the chair in and out of the car, but he was so happy to be out. we got the car worked on at the autobody place and keith pierson, took him to st. vinecnt's then to the tax cllector to get a temporary handicap parking permit (teehee, got to park up front bitches), went to get my sister an amp (it's her birthday today), went to sports authority to look at cleats they didn't have, and then took him out to lunch. think he enjoyed it. | | |
| so my sister my twin and i went to planetfest 6. it was amazing! got autographs with RJA (eliah signed my periodic table of elements shirt) and i got autographs from alelle. saw everyone but shinedown, cold, and pod, which is rather depressing because that's why we wanted to go. lonely from planeradio933 was in a fairy's costume. we had a turkey leg and funnel cake, and got free cds from the local bands. and at one point, we were at the veeeeeeeeeery front. had a few beers/cokes/water fall on us, even the bottle. people even fell on us (and i saved a girl's life by catching her head a foot above the concrete). and we got RJA to sing happy birthday to my sister. she better appreciate it. so it was great.
my first trip in j-ville by myself was officially amazing, can't wait for next year/next concert.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MANF! | | |
| so the lady panters are 2-0 so far, kicking ass in the panther classic. we beat PK Yonge 8-0 last night and keystone 7-0. this season came on waaay too fast and i've definitely been in this crazy funk that i'm slowly (starting with tonight) am starting to get out of. i started to get into the second half. i'm coming back, yay, the get together at meg's house was crazy fun. i fell asleep and fecky and alissa dre on my face with lip gloss and eye liner, and i a lot of us definitely had an educational experience.
stayed up late like every other ib junior working on that web quest for taboada. that definitely took me longer than i planned, seeing as i already started on it and didn't expect it to take that long....ah well.
so now i'm outtie, hoping to finish all my work by midnight (and shower)
| people are stupid. yes they are. sorry todo this but let's bring up that wonderful contorversy of creationism, evolution, and intelligent design. news flash people: they're all theories! they should all be taught in class, as theories are not proven. there's always room for interpretation with science, that's why there are so many theories, because they are not proven facts! and this religion and state and school shit needs to end. there used to be a time where religion is what was taught in schools. now it's banned. even just personal religious rituals like praying before eating. people need to understand this:religion and state issues will always overlap eachother, for they are based on the same freaking principals. and anyway you go, there is religion. let's take the pledge for a minute. yes the words "under God" were adapted ino the pledge some 50 years ago. yes it deals with osme form of religion or another. but taking it out is also a religions belief, for atheism is some sort of faith; the faith in that there is no God. religion is everywhere people. get over it. stop being attention seeking prats and deal with it. if you don't want to say the words "under God", then don't. if you want to believe intelligent design over the otehr two, then beleive it for the sake of pete, but be aware of the other theories out there. and schools don't help the situation with the pledge and all. if a student does not want to say the pledge, then don't write them up for it. just ask that they atelast stay silent for the minute the pledge is recited. let's stop being ridiculous people, because at the rate we're going, it's going to be 1984 veeeeeery soon.
now that i got that off my chest, yay for homework!
